Majutusasutus Pinei loodud Castelrottos Val Gardenas. Kohapeal on hoolduskeskus ja toidukoht. Külalistele pakutakse tasuta transporditeenust Ortiseisse, mis jääb 5 km kaugusele. Avarates rõdu või terrassiga tubades on satelliittelevisioon ja lameekraaniga televiisor. Pinei Alpide stiilis tubades on parkett- või vaipkattega põrandad. Igas toas on väike külmkapp ning privaatne vannituba, kus on pehmed hommikumantlid ja sussid. Mõned avarad toad on mäevaatega. Iga päev pakutakse kontinentaalset hommikusööki, mis sisaldab külmi lihalõike, juuste ja värskelt küpsetatud leiba. Restoranis serveeritakse erinevaid kohalikke ja rahvusvahelisi roogasid. Pärast päeva matkamist või suusatamist saavad külalised lõõgastuda saunas, mullivannis või Türgi aurusaunas. Kohapeal on ka sisebassein, päikeseterrass ja mängude tuba. Meranosse ja Bolzanosse viivad bussid peatuvad 150 meetri kaugusel. Bolzano raudteejaam ja lennujaam on mõlemad 40-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta parkla.

"A wonderful experience staying at this property. The photos don’t do the place justice with their amenities and mountain views. It was a very relaxing place to return after a day of hiking. Make sure you take advantage of the sauna, and the outdoor spas and pools."

"The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei. The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas. The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes. There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
