Majutusasutus paikneb San Cassiano vaikses piirkonnas, kesklinnast ja Piz Sorega suusatõstukist vaid 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kõikides Dolomieu apartementides on privaatne vannituba ja satelliittelevisioon. Majutusasutuses on ühine pesumasin. Suvel on see majutusasutus parim koht külalistele, kes soovivad jalutada, matkata ja ronida mägedesse ja ümbruskonna parkidesse. Talvel on majutusasutuses suuskade hoiuruum. "The residence in the center of the village, spacious but dark apartment with all comfort needed. Take care because for check in you should go to another hotel at the edge of the village. The information about it was written on the main entrance door - better to inform the guest in advance."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
