Residence Windsurf pakub moodsaid toiduvalmistamise võimalusega majutusruume, millel on möbleeritud aed või rõdu. Majutusasutus paiknev Domasos, otse Como järve kaldal. Parkimisala on tasuta. Kõikides apartementides on kööginurk koos einestamisnurga ja kõige muu vajalikuga. Apartementidest avaneb pilgupüüdja majutusasutuse vastas olevale metsale. Mõnes apartemendis on konditsioneer, LCD-televiisor ja diivaniga elutuba. Külalised saavad kasutada aias tasuta WiFi-ühendust ning terrassil lamamistoole. Privaatne jalakäijate rada viib teid otse Como järve randa, mis on 90 meetri kaugusel. Windsurf Residence positsioneeritud 1-tunnise autosõidu kaugusel Comost ja Šveitsi linnast Luganost. 50 meetri kaugusel on vesifooliumi peatus, kust saab sõita teiste järveäärsete linnadega.

"Owner was helpful. We arived after working hours, bu the keys were left in the box. Two botyles of warer were left for us. Place is convenient: lake is 5 min away. Many restaurants nearby."

"The residence was perfectly located nearby the lake, supermarkets and restaurants. The residence was only a 5-min walk away from the port, where you can take the ferry to other cities alongside the lake, like Bellagio, Como etc. The owner is very friendly and provided a map with information about local restaurants and activities to do. There is a local parking spot with 2 loading facilities to charge electric cars on the way to the port."
