"We visit this hotel repeatedly. The facilities, hotel services, generous breakfast, relaxation by the pool with a garden, and cleanliness are the reasons why we keep coming back. Once again, we were completely satisfied with the staff—their helpfulness, warmth, and kindness. On behalf of everyone, I would like to mention ANTONIO - the heart of the entire hotel—who is always ready to advise and assist hotel guests. We are already looking forward to returning to "our favorite hotel" next year."

"A lovely hotel just a 2 minute walk from beautiful Lake Garda, albeit a little dated but everything was perfectly clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, everything you could need. 20 min walk from the centre of Riva, but still plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Just 1 minute away from the local bus stop which was very handy."

"Building work going on around the area, which the hotel can not do anything about. Only heard when outside. Noise didn’t come into the rooms, good quality sound proofing."

"The hotel was lovely and clean. They provided a good array for breakfast of your standard continental buffet, meats cheeses eggs bread and juice with tea and coffee. We had some issues with our car and ended up having to get it recovered, the hotel staff were fantastic speaking to the Italian recovery agent and translating for us. We nearly had to stay an extra night and they booked that for us without a full commitment to it which was great! The staff were the most lovely people and most helpful."
"The room was on the small side, 2 adults it was quite snug with not alot of storage space. There aren't many hangers in the wardrobe and only 3 draws in there too. The bathroom is on the dated side aesthetically but was fully functional and good water pressure."
"Rooms and hotel generally were very clean, great breakfasts with loads of options. Good value and tasty lunches too on a couple of days. Staff were polite and friendly. Good position to explore Riva (15min walk to centre) and Tombole (walkable too). Found space for car in car park fine."

"The location was great for exploring Riva del Garda. We had a balcony with a table and chairs and it was very nice sitting there. The breakfast was nice."
"The shower's draining was pretty slow so the shower filled with water pretty quick and drained slowly so you showered with your feet in the water."
