Star Camp pakub Wadi Rumis konditsioneeriga tube. Kohapeal on hommikusöögisaal, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Majutusasutuses on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja ööpäevaringne valve. Kõikides kämpingu majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Kõikidel majutusruumidel on mäevaatega terrass. Majutusruumides on privaatne vannituba, tasuta tualetitarbed ja voodipesu. Igal hommikul pakutakse kämpingus hommikubuffeei Rootsi lauas. Kohapeal on kohvik ja puhkeruum. Lähim lennujaam on King Husseini rahvusvaheline lennujaam, mis jääb majutusasutusest Star Camp 65 km kaugusele. Majutusasutus pakub tasulist lennujaamatransporti.

"The best place to be!! An absolutely amazing experience we had. The location is just so beautiful with all the great facilities, and more than anything, the warm hospitality and the kind, sweet and friendly staff were the highlight of the trip! The Sandboarding trip before sunset was awesome too. Ah and the dinner from ‘under ground’, so yummy! Thank you so much for making us feel super comfortable. We did not want to leave!!"

Huge 'camp' chalet type room with comforable bed, warm blanket, hugeee window, practical deco, nice outdoor seating area and a comfortable bathroom with working hot water. Friendly and helpful staff team. Thank you everyone for making the stay at Wadi Rum a very memorable one. Great compound which is in a good spot in the desert, away from other camp or roads. Comfortable indoor dining area and mix social area with wood fires which has a very good ambiance."

"Eccezionale è a dir poco. I ragazzi ti seguono fin dalla prenotazione in caso di dubbi. Prima di partire ci avevano già spiegato come raggiungere il luogo dove incontrarci. La disponibilità e l’attenzione al cliente è stata pazzesca. Ti fanno sentire a casa e accolti. Tutto bellissimo ed indimenticabile. Ci hanno persino fatto guidare la jeep (non previsto) nel deserto più altre cose che vi aspettano come sorpresa!"
