"The location had a lot of beautiful spots around it and sitting down with Take-San in the evening while trying out all types of Amami Shochu was a lot of fun."

"The owner runs the place alone, but he still went all the way to the airport to pick me up. Despite my very limited Japanese ability, we were able to communicate quite well.. But the most important thing was he helped me rent a small scooter that I surely would not be able to rent without a local person vouching for me. This made my Amami trip really unforgettable and I'm forever grateful for the help I have received here! Also the evening of tasting local shōchū and stargazing was amazing. I will be back!"

"他のゲストさんたちと自分たちで用意した夜ご飯を食べながら談笑するのが楽しかったです。 また、晴れていたら日の出も星も綺麗に見える環境で最高でした。飛行機もよく見えます。 お風呂やトイレは共用ですがとても清潔です。 そして、レンタカーを借りていなくてもオーナーのたけさんが空港まで送迎をしてくださったので、あまり不便を感じなかったです。"

"オーナーさんや他の宿泊客と楽しく過ごしました。 ベッドはオーナーさんが作られたと聞いてびっくり！ オーナーのタケさんはちょっとシャイな方です。常に親切丁寧に対応下さいました。喋っていくとだんだんユーモアが出てこられます。建築と飛行機と旅と猫と料理関連の本がリビングにありました。いろんな島の情報も教えていただきました。 掃除もきれいにされています。お風呂の足拭きマットが1人一枚使えるのがよいです。ゲストハウスが初めての70代の母も楽しく過ごせました。 ゲストハウスの庭から星がきれいに見えました。飽きずにずっと眺めてられる星空でした。 空港に近いので、帰る日の午前もゆっくり過ごせました。かなりおすすめです。"
"車以外はアクセスが難しそうですが、オーナーのタケさんが空港送迎やスーパーへの買い物のアドバイスなど、柔軟に対応して下さいました。私は何も不便は感じませんでした。 キッチン、お風呂、食卓をシェアするタイプの宿泊施設です。朝夕のごはんは、あらかじめ自分で準備が必要です。入浴時のタオルは無料です。"
