SHseoul kinnitunud hubanealt vaid 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Hongdae metroojaamast (liin nr 2). Hästi sisustatud tubades on köök ja tasuta Kõikides tubades on WiFi-ühendus. Maaliline Worldcup park jääb puhkemajaist vaid 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. Lennujaama raudteejaam on vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Gimpo rahvusvaheline lennujaam on vaid 2 rongipeatuse kaugusel ja Incheoni rahvusvaheline lennujaam on 45-minutilise sõidu kaugusel. Kõikides hotellistruktuuri SHseoul tubades on konditsioneer, lameekraaniga televiisor, töölaud ja küte. Privaatsetes vannitubades on eraldi dušinurk koos sooja veega dušiga. Külalised saavad kasutada pesupesemisteenust ja peresalonge. Autoga saabuvatele külalistele on saadaval tasuta avalikud parkimiskohad. Majutusasutuses SHseoul ei ole hommikusöögisaali, kuid 3-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel on erinevad kohalikud söögikohad ja tänavatoiduletid.

"The location is perfect! The room size is just nice for a family of three. Clear instructions from owner, check in and out very smoothly and we have room to store luggages before check in. Even though the room is located along the main road, but not really can hear the noise from outside. Recommend this room!"

"The location is perfect! It is right in the middle of Hongdae and just across the street from the bus station. Exit 2 of hongik univ station is just 100 meters away. The room is very clean and complete with a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, hair dryer and 2 extension cords where we could charge our phones and gadgets. Toiletries, towels, slippers, cups, plates, cutleries and kitchenware were also provided. The shower has good hot water and good water pressure. The owner responds quickly to our questions and requests and is very accommodating. For the price we paid, it is a very good deal and we'll definitely stay here again if we go back."
"Maybe because we opened the window, there were several mosquitoes inside the room. All of us got mosquito bites while we were there. I would recommend bringing an insect repellant or use mosquito patches."
