Majutusasutus ZIP rajatud mugavalt Souli elava rahvusülikooli kõrval, vaid 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Seouli rahvusülikooli metroojaamast (liin 2). Külalised saavad nautida maitsekalt sisustatud tube, kus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. See praegune hoone rajatud 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Souli rahvuslikust kalmistust ja vaid 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Nakseongdae pargist. Gimpo rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 45-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. Hotelli ZIP julgetes toonides tubades on konditsioneer, 42-tollise lameekraaniga televiisor, minibaar ja küte. Privaatsetes vannitubades on föön ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Ööpäevaringselt avatud olevas vastuvõtus on pakihoid ning faksi- ja koopiateenused. Autoga saabuvatele külalistele on saadaval tasuta privaatne parkimiskoht. Hotellis ZIP ei ole restorani, kuid mitmed söögikohad, sealhulgas kohalikud söögikohad, asuvad vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel.

"Very nice people, many free amenities, nice breakfast included, very good wifi, very calm room"

"Staff was nice and did their best to make sure I had what I needed. Loved the heated floors and the big bathroom. The free amenities were also great! They provide a breakfast as well, but I didn't partake in that. The location was also right next to the train station!"
"There were spots that could have probably been cleaned more, especially considering the price (like marks on the wall that looked like dirt, accumulated dust, marks on sheets etc). Honestly though, I had just come from a terrible hostel so it felt like heaven to me. I think the people next to me used their room to have sex, they were really loud and annoying. I was also told that towels on the floor would be replaced, but no one ever came in to clean my room. I'm don't know if I was supposed to request that or not."
"ZIP Hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the commercial centers. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. It is the good customer service. I really like ZIP Hotel. If I come back to Seoul, I will definitely stay here again."
