"Although I have booked sea view rooms as shown in description of Booking.com, none of them fulfilled that requirement. The reason being that the hotel meant that the rooms are on the side where the sea is but not necessarily having a sea view. I think this is misleading, especially because I paid extra to get them. Moreover, during breakfast there was no coffee or hot drinks around. When I ordered them, I was asked to pay extra in cash on the first 3 days (1 dollar for each coffee or water bottle). On the last day, another person in charge of breakfast area did not ask for case and he informed me that coffee was included with breakfast free!!! I guess I was tricked. There is no public transport in the area and you can't walk much as it is a bit secluded, hilly and unsafe for pedestrians."

"I want to thank Mr Marwan the manager of the hotel and Mr Antoine the head of waiters for their professionalism , dedication and the best customer services they showed u. And not to forget Eddie the barman at the pool he is fantastic . The hotel itself is cosy , beautiful , excellent location and has all what you need . One area I would like to highlight is the breakfast selection of food , I understand it’s Lebanese theme however some more choices for example :selection of bread will make a difference."

"Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Jedes Jahr, wenn ich wieder komme gibt es Veränderungen. Es ist schön zu erleben wie ein Hotel wächst. Autopanne - kein Problem, wir fahren dich zum Flughafen. Ich bin gespannt wie es im Oktober aussieht. Kinderspielplatz, Pool, libanesische Küche einfach alles perfekt. Dieses Hotel kann man einfach nur empfehlen."
