Dolphin Beach paikneb Palavi raudteejaamast 18 km ja Kalpitiya linnast 20 km kaugusel. Colombo linn on 2,5-tunnise autosõidu kaugusel. Bandaranaike rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 2-tunnise autosõidu või 110 km kaugusele. Külalised saavad turismiinfo kaudu ühepäevareise korraldada või ümbruskonnaga tutvumiseks tasuta jalgrattaga sõita. Majutusasutus pakub ka pesupesemise ja keemilise puhastuse teenuseid. Külalised saavad lõõgastuda ka Ayurveda spaas või võtta kohapealses koolis põnevaid lohesurfitunde. Vabaõhurestoranis pakutakse autentset Sri Lanka kööki ning maitsvaid rahvusvahelisi toite Rootsi lauas. Lisaks on seal à la carte menüü. Puhkemaja võib korraldada ka rannagrilliõhtuid. Iga päev serveeritakse rannas hommikusööki.

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife.
