Hostel Drop paiknev Kandy kaunitel mägedel Dharmaraja kolledži kõrval. Rõdult avaneb majesteetlik horisont järvele, mägedele ja Kandy linnale ning imelisele päikeseloojangule. Ventilaatoriga tubadest avaneb kaunis lummav vaade mägedele ja aiale. Tubades on riidekapp ning privaatne vannituba, kus on dušš ja rätikud. Drop Hostel paiknev Kandys, 900 meetri kaugusel Hamba templist (Sri Dalada Maligawa). Kohapeal on toidukoht, tasuta jalgrattalaenutus ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus avalikes kohtades. Ventilaatoriga tubadest avaneb horisont mägedele. Tubades on riidekapp ja privaatne dušiga vannituba. Toateenindus on ühiselt saadaval. Hosteli Drop ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtu concierge võib korraldada pakihoidu, pesupesemisteenust, lennujaamatransporti ja autorenti. Lisaks on võimalik korraldada ekskursioone ja massaažiteenuseid. Võõrastemaja paiknev 400 meetri kaugusel Lakeside Adventisti haiglast ja 800 meetri kaugusel Kandy muuseumist. Bandaranaike rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 85 km kaugusele.

"A nice cozy hotel viewing the ocean. View is really great, palm trees, swimming pool, the ocean. It's situated out of main street of hikkaduwa, about 7 min ride by tuk tuk. Bring your adapter for the charger or you can buy one on the shop across the street. Near there are 2 great restaurants that we can recommend: A2, and the coconut club. The personnel is very friendly, always ready to help! I can definitely recommend this hotel."

"We stayed just one night but wish we stayed for two. The view from the verandah of the bungalow is just spectacular – three stupas across the large lake in front of the property. The bungalow itself was very comfortable with just three bedrooms. We booked one room and since the other two rooms were unoccupied on that day, we had the whole place to ourselves. They have got new mattresses which were super comfortable. It’s not super-luxury but very tasteful and clean. The toilets are huge and with hot water. The bungalow keeper Mangala and his asst were also very helpful and made some delicious Sri Lankan food. Highly recommended."
