The suite was spacious and comfy with great AC; breakfast and dinner featured tasty Sri Lankan and Western options. The clean pool amid greenery was perfect for cooling off, and staff were friendly and helpful."

"We had very uncomfortable bed mattress - too soft and creaky old double bed. But it was only in room 406. Our friends in different rooms had very comfortable mattresses and the same our children in single beds."

The food quality was somewhat underwhelming—though perhaps it just didn’t align with my taste. Additionally, the variety of dishes was rather limited, which left us wishing for more options. However, considering the price we paid, it was still a reasonable offering. Although the rooms were spacious and comfortable, having a balcony would have been a great addition to enhance the experience further. It would have provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We did appreciate the hotel's effort to maintain a natural, forest-like ambience, which added a unique charm to the stay. However, a bit more tidiness and organization such as trimming some trees and refining the landscape could strike a better balance between preserving nature and offering a well-maintained environment for guests. Overall, while these aspects didn’t diminish our positive experience, a few improvements could make the stay even better."
