Pool was freezing in August. Covering at night would probably be enough. Food mediocre and breakfast choices disappointing. Price difference on rooms isn’t justified. They are all identical just the views are different.

Lahke perenaine vahetas meie rõõmsaks üllatuseks broneeritud toa suurema vastu, sest keegi oli jäänud tulemata. Omanik andis ka linnakaardi kaasa. Väga soe hotell, tuba oli vanniga."

Väga pime (nagu keskajal), sest aknad on väikesed ja valgusteid oli vähe (õhtul raamatut lugeda ei näinud). Metallist karkassiga voodi kriuksus.

"Fantastic location. Great facilities and will be even better shortly with new tents under construction. Excellent meals and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Take the food and day trip offerings- you won't regret it but stay at least 2 nights to really enjoy the location."

Was a bit musty smelling, but after being opened up and aired out and a candle or two it was perfect.

"Owners very very friendly and helpful . Right next to the path around the lake (use sunscreen if you are going to walk it . 5 hours needed. )Exceptional Value..Owner picked us up from airport and then transferred us to next destination. Highly recommended"

Arrived at 11.30am to some "surprises" from the night before & no beer in the restaurant - someone had a great night! Good for them! Cleaning was dealt with quickly & beer was eventually delivered. A one-off, I'm sure..

"Lovingly furnished, clean accommodation in a family atmosphere with hospitable landlords, good sanitary standards and air conditioning, cozy terrace, very good and plentiful breakfast with fruit and local side dishes, option for dinner with excellent Sri Lankan cuisine which we thoroughly enjoyed. Cold water shower (was fine for body but just cold for washing hair!), the vents in wall allowed a lot of smoke in which made me quite coughy but wasn’t a big issue

"Staff went above and beyond to make our stay for my birthday a wonderful experience. Hotel was in the perfect location for ease of access to the train station and the town itself. Amenities were clean and room was spacious."

Overall the decor and energy of the hotel felt a bit dated but not a massive complaint that would stop me from booking again in the future as there was more positives to outweigh the aesthetic.

"Location is perfect- 300m from the tarred A4 main road. 15 min drive to the Sehlabathebe Nature Reserve. Nestled between the Maloti/Ukhahlamba and Tsoelikana River. An absolute beauty"

The food. They are unprepared for people who do not eat meat. The love of salt by Basotho is above average

"very good location uphill, very far from street noise. we enjoyed seaview and city lights at horizon, that fara we could see from the highest small house. we got some hammocks up there and were having fun next to the amazing nature whilst chilling on the balcony, thanks to guys who secured our stay"

"The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and we felt like home. New AC, clean and well attained. The surroundings are excellent as well as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Accessibility was good. It is a little far from the city but there is a bus stop about five minutes from the property where the Airport bus stops. A rental vehicle would be recommended. We knew that and the remote location was very soothing for us."

The outside property had some very minor issues; it felt a bit barren and the pool could‘ve been better maintained. We would have liked simple room cleaning very days without having to ask for it because it made us feel a bit uncomfortable to request it. Plus, to avoid all these plastic bottles, we would have appreciated a shared water filter station at the property.
