Barono Vila kinnitunud Butėnais Utena maakonnas, 30 km kaugusel hobusemuuseumist. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, laste mänguväljak, erarand ja tasuta eraparkla. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on veespordivahendid, aed ja baar. Maamajas on perehubased pesad ning erivajadustega külalistele sobivad soeused. Mõnel majutusruumil on terrass, konditsioneer, einestamisnurk ning istumisnurk, kus on lameekraaniga televiisor ja satelliittelevisioon. Mõnel majutusruumil on rõdu ja/või terrass, kust avaneb silmapiir järvele ja vabas õhus paiknevale einestamisnurgale. Igas maamajas on privaatne vannituba. Majutusasutuses on peresõbralik söögikoht, kus pakutakse lastesõbralikku rikkalik hommikusööki Rootsi lauas. Maamaja külalised saavad kohapeal lauatennist mängida või ümbruskonnas matkata. Vilniuse rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 125 km kaugusele.

"This time, I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant. We ordered chicken wrapped in bacon with baked potatoes, but received chicken with rice instead. No one informed us about the change. The taste of the meal was average. Another issue was breakfast. It was stated that breakfast is served from 9 to 10, but when we came at 10:20, the plates were nearly empty and only leftovers were left. We had to ask for bread, cups for coffee, and for the plate with sour cream to be refilled. The breakfast food itself was good, but its organization was very poor."

"It was the perfect place for warm summer vacation. I loved the little shirin-yoku trail and stone gardens around the houses. Best feature was the lake with all the inclusive activities (boats, SUP boards, water bicycle). We also spent some time on the tennis court."
