Laiko marios paikneb Preilas, 10 km kaugusel Nida merevaigugaleriist, 10 km kaugusel Thomas Manni memoriaalmuuseumist ja 11 km kaugusel Nida evangeelsest luterlikust kirikust. Majutusasutusest avaneb panoraam järvele ja aiale. Nida koera rand on 2,8 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on päikeseterrass, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. "Apartment was very clean, modern, good location. We parked on the road. Bathroom was superb, had lots of towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo (no conditioner), big mirror, even washing machine. Shower worked amazingly. In the hallway there were lots of hangers to hang coats, also lots of duvets, blankets, ironing board. In the kitchen there were a lot of clean dishes, washing liquid and sponge, towel, oven and cooker, salt&pepper, lots of tea, small kettle. Access to Akropolis was only 10 minutes by car and to Ozas about 7 minutes by car."
