Gediminase lossist ja Vilniuse vanalinnast vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel asuvas hotellis Neringa on 124 valgusküllast konditsioneeriga tuba, traditsiooniline kulinaarne universum, fuajeebaar ja katusebaar (avatud hooajaliselt). WiFi-ühendus on saadaval kõikides tubades ja avalikes kohtades ning on tasuta. Garaažis saab parkida lisatasu eest (vajalik on eelnev broneerimine). Hotelli Neringa tubades on suur töölaud, minibaar, seif, lameekraaniga televiisor, satelliittelevisioon, triikimisvõimalus ning kohvi ja tee valmistamise võimalus. Vannitoas on föön. Hotelli Neringa ajaloolises õhkkonnas serveeritakse klassikalisi Leedu ja rahvusvahelisi roogasid. Külalised saavad tasuta treenida hotelli jõusaalis. Neringa asetseb otse Vilniuse peatänaval Gedimino avenüül. Kõik peamised vaatamisväärsused on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Vilniuse lennujaam jääb 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele.

"Amazing Central location but still not too busy or noisy. Was perfect for a weekend stay. Each morning we enjoyed a beautiful walk in empty streets of the oldtown before city woke up:) all best restaurants, cafes and bars are nearby and walking distance. Strongly recommending."

"Beautiful rooms, roomy and practical. The bathroom floors had heating, which was a very nice addition and I haven’t seen it in many hotels. The breakfast was good and tasty. Also the staff were really helpful and managed to get us early check in as we arrived quite early."

"Management should, in our opinion, review the policy towards guest's pets at the hotel. Of course it's your choice whether to allow guests to bring them. However one brought a dog into the food service area at breakfast whilst her partner (not her) selected his meal. Unhygienic and unacceptable. Bar service - ordered draught beer & mineral water. Presented with room temperature bottle of water. Had to ask for glass, ice and lemon. Might have expected these to be included (or at least offered) within a €11 charge for those 2 drinks !"
"It was a perfect stay. I liked thr size of the desk as I had to work and finally it was not only place for my laptop. Also the size of the bathroom was a pleasant surprise."

"Suurepärane asukoht järve kaldal, väga ilus koht nii hotellis sees kui ka väljast. Väga vaikne hotell, restoran suletakse kell 22.00 ja külastajad ei lärmanud ega ei häirinud. Tore oli samuti see, et hommikusööki tellitakse, mitte ei õgita nagu tavaliselt tehakse seda rootsilauas!"
