Aia ja linnavaatega Nileja kinnitunud Vilniuses, 1,8 km kaugusel Gediminase tornist ja 2,6 km kaugusel Leedu rahvuslikust ooperi- ja balletiteatrist. Majutusasutus pakub tasuta transporditeenust ning võimalust nautida ka väljas kamina kasutamist. Kohapeal on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja parkla. Terrassiga majutusruumides on kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga, lameekraaniga televiisor ja satelliittelevisioon. Igas majutusruumis on veekeetja, privaatne vannituba ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Majutusasutuse Nileja päris lähedal paiknevad sellised populaarsed huviväärsused nagu Püha Peetruse ja Püha Pauluse kirik, Vilniuse rakenduskunstide ja disaini muuseum ning Vilniuse Bernardine'i aiapark. Vilniuse rahvusvaheline lennujaam on 9 km kaugusel ning majutusasutus pakub tasulist lennujaamatransporti.
