"The property was quite spacious with plenty of surfaces for popping our bits & pieces on, including a few decorations. There was a balcony (we didn't use), a tiny elevator for reaching our floor (we did use, quite a lot) and a washing machine which we also used. The room was warm and comfortable. Although the area is a little insalubrious, it is an easy 20-minute walk into the old town centre or Grund."
"The elevator is barely large enough for two adults without suitcases so one person needs to travel with the luggage, or send the lift with just luggage and walk up the stairs. Not too much of a problem. What was disturbing was the presence of dozens & dozens of tiny insects (smaller than ants) in the bathroom which we squished each time we went in. They were also enjoying the sugar in the kitchen cupboard so we disposed of that. The mattress was a little too warm for comfort in late October. For light sleepers, be aware the heating pipes make noises through the night. If a cleaner had entered the apartment, they would hopefully have seen and disposed of the tiny insects."
"Nice , fully equipped apartment in a great location! The owner is really nice and answers all question very quickly. We would definitely recommend the apartment and had a great stay!"
"Be aware, that planes taking off from the airport pass by over the building and it is quite loud between 6 and 7 am. It was clean but might need some deep cleaning and minor renovations"

"L'appartement est idéalement situé, près des commerces, restaurants, et proche de la gare et des bus. Par ailleurs c'est très calme. Les équipements sont très bien choisis, le lit confortable. Il y a un ascenseur ce qui est appréciable. Le loueur répond immédiatement aux messages et est très aimable."
