Külalistemaja 40 Saules peitub Ventspilsis, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel kesklinnast ja 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Läänemere sinilipuga hinnatud rannast. Saadaval on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ning soovi korral on saadaval turvaline parkla. Kõikides majutusruumides on köök, kus on pliit, mikrolaineahi ja ahi. "Host never meet you, even it says on the email, that someone going to meet you on arrival, than dont understand the point to get checked in at particular time, no reception. This information should be added, when booking, that there is no host on your arrival."

"We arrived at the hotel one of the staff members met as and explained everything. She was nice and pleasant. The room's was clean and spacious.Everything was more than expected. Clean towels were given by request and toilet paper. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely come back here again."

"🚨Our main concern was mould in the bathroom (that was the reason for our rating "8" instead of "10"). It was on the ceiling, and some of it was on the wall next to the shower cabin and even on the wooden bath table. The bath cabin curtain was too infected by mould. The curtain was super long, not fit for the cabin, in our opinion. ❗️Plus, it would be great to have a mop in cases when water leaks on the floor in the bathroom."

"Korter asub kesklinnas, aga umbtänaval ja täielikus vaikuses. Võtmed saime koodiga karbist. Tuba on soe, kõik on uus, puhas ja maitsekas. Köögis on kõik vajalik olemas, ka tee, kohv, suhkur. The apartment is located in the city center, but on a small street and is completely quiet. We got the keys from a box with a code. The room is warm; everything is new, clean, and tasteful. The kitchen has everything needed, including tea, coffee, and sugar."

"Väga puhas korter suurepärases asukohas. Olemas tee, kohvi, suhkur, õli ning valik duššigeele, šampoone ja hambapastat. Ei ole nii rikkalikku valikut pesemistarbeid kuskil näinudki. Lahtikäival diivanil magamiseks oli lisaks ka kattemadrats. Kõik juhendid olid väga üksikasjalikud ja täpsed."

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
