"Põnev konseptsioon. Asukoha poolest meile sobis. Meeldis, et hoone on eraldatud piirkonnas, kuid arvan, et see pole kõigi jaoks. Lähim ühistranspordivariant käis mitmesaja meetri kauguselt. Parkimisvõimalus oli olemas. Korter oli väga nunnu ja hubane. Kööginurgas olid kõik vajaminevad vahendid, nagu pliit, külmkapp, nõud, sool jms. Voodid olid mõnusad. Kõik oli ilus, puhas. Päriselt teistmoodi kogemus ja üllatusime positiivselt!"

"The location is a little far away from the centre, but you can walk (in nice weather) or take a tram. Additionally, I think we were unlucky, but our tap water was coming up brown; a couple of us drank it before noticing, and it caused some food poisoning, so I would recommend being careful with the water."

"The toilet flush failed in one apartment. Very impressed with how Girts responded and dealt with the issue punctually and communicating effectively. Location a little further from the centre than we had realised and the proximity of the works/ground spoil was not attractive, guess it will look great in years to come."

"At first, the 2km distance from central Riga seemed like a drawback. However, once we realised there were nice walks into the centre, how good the public transport is, and that there’s a great local bar on Eksporta Iela, it was clear a bit of distance was a good thing."
