Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Modiste kinnitunud Kuldīgas Kuldīga vanalinna raekoja, Kuldiga ajaloolise keskuse ja kunstigalerii kõrval. Aiavaate ja rõduga majutusruumil on rõdu. Apartemendil on päikeseterrass ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Apartemendis on 1 magamistuba, elutuba, köök koos praeahju, kohvimasina ja kõige muu vajalikuga ning 1 vannituba, kus on dušikabiin ja hommikumantlid. Helikindlas apartemendis on parkettpõrand ja kamin. Majutusasutuses on suitsetamine keelatud. Ümbruskonnas on populaarseks tegevuseks matkamine ning majutusasutusest saab rentida jalgrattaid ja autot. "Bed could be more comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable at all, they were a bit lumpy would recommend thicker pillow. Tables were set and side tables had decoration which was very nice for first impressions, however when it came to using the sides it did make it awkward as we had to clear everything away. Bed facing out to the outside of the flat could be off putting for some people, however we don’t think that can be changed"
