Riad Chocolat rajatud medina kesklinnas, 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Jemaa El Fna väljakust. Traditsioonilises stiilis külalistemaja on kujundatud šokolaadipruunides toonides. Kõikides peatumiskohti Riad Chocolat tubades ja sviitides on konditsioneer, istumisnurk ja privaatne dušiga vannituba. Tubadest avaneb panoraam terrassile. Iga päev pakutakse kontinentaalset hommikueinei ning kohapeal on võimalik tellida ka koduseid toite. Pärast kontinentaalne hommikusööki saavad külalised lisatasu eest tellida massaaži. Bahia palee jääb 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu, Golf Amelkis 10-minutilise autosõidu ja Marrakechi raudteejaam 5 km kaugusele. Menara aiad on 5 km kaugusel.
