See renoveeritud 19. sajandist pärit puhkemaja kinnitunud Chisinau ajaloolises vanalinnas ning pakub konditsioneeriga tube, kus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kohapeal on hommikusöögisaal ja tasuta parkla. Keskväljak ja Triumphal Arch on 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Peatumiskohti Lidia valgusküllased majutuskohad on sisustatud soojades kreemikates ja beežides toonides. Igas toas on külmkapp, televiisor, väike istumisnurk ja privaatne vannituba. Elamuis Lidia pakutakse igal hommikul rikkalikku hommikueinei. Poed, söögikohtid ja baarid on majutusist vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Bussijaam on 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel külalistemajaist Lidia ning sealt saab sõita Chisinau raudteejaama. Chisinau lennujaam jääb 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele.
