The Penthouse kinnitunud St Julian'sis. Kohapeal on konditsioneer, katuselaguun, vee-lõõgastusalaidekoratsioon ja rõdu. Külalised saavad kasutada mullivanni ja üürida autot. Apartemendis on saun, lift ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Avaras terrassi ja merevaatega apartemendis on 2 magamistuba, elutuba, lameekraaniga televiisor, köök koos nõudepesumasina, praeahju ja kõige muu vajalikuga ning 3 vannituba, kus on dušikabiin. Apartemendis on ka rätikud ja voodipesu. Majutusasutusel on väljas asuv einestamisnurk. Külalised saavad kasutada sooja ilma ja grillimisvahendeid. "The apartment is in a lovely location overlooking the water at St Julian’s. The master bedroom is large with a balcony facing the water. There are 3 bathrooms with excellent showers. There is also a well equipped kitchen with terrace overlooking the water and a roof terrace, again overlooking the water. Everything was very clean and the air conditioning kept us cool in the summer heat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It’s very close to many restaurants and there is a great supermarket just around the corner. The best coffee shop in town (Lot 61) is about a 5 minute walk. It’s a 20 minute walk to the ferry to Valletta."

"Everything was good. The only negative was the tiny very hot lift to the 5th floor. But there are stairs too if you want to walk."

"The host - Andre was the best discovery on the island! He greeted us with a big warm welcome, gave us a short tour of the area, recommended fantastic restaurants and was always available to answer all the questions! The view of the Penthouse were to die for ! Truly worth the stay!"

"Séjour parfait, logement spacieux, tout équipé avec une superbe vue. L'emplacement est également proche du centre et de deux supermarchés. Les personnes en charge du logement sont également très sympathiques, très bonne communication et arrangeants. Je recommande très fortement."

"The Sea Baron was wonderful. It is in a beautiful location and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation in beautiful Malta. Monica and Vincenzo were great hosts, we found water, fruit, yoghurts, coffee and milk on arrival which saved us having to go shopping. They met us when we arrived late evening and made sure we knew everything we needed to know for a smooth vacation. They checked in with us regularly and were quick to respond to any messages. The. Boat itself is very spacious, with everything you need. The washrooms at the Marina were very convenient to use, although the bathrooms on board were more than adequate. There are great restaurants nearby and the ferry to Valletta is a 5 minute stroll away. We were 4 adults and the Sea Baron was more than we could have ever imagined, we ate on the deck one evening admiring the beautiful marina and surrounding buildings. I would definitely recommend the Sea Baron."

"We spent a week in a four-person apartment. The location is excellent, with a direct view of the sea. The host was very helpful and friendly — he gave us clear information about the check-in process beforehand and was precise about the check-out as well. The apartment itself is modern, well-equipped and cozy. There are several good restaurants nearby, and the beaches in the area are excellent and not crowded. Highly recommend this place — we’d happily return!"

"It was easy to get to there from the airport by bus, there are several bus stops near the house to any directions. The aparment was clean and well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood. At arrival Netflix was not working, we did not complain as it was unimportant for us. By next day the issue was fixed without asking and made our single rainy afternoon enjoyable. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away."

"The building has been beautifully restored, the pool is in a lovely private courtyard, the rooms are sizeable and comfortable, and the location is great. Just a few minute walk to Gharb and a few restaurants and about a 20 minute walk to Ta Pinu church. But really, the star of the show here is Federico. He truly loves what he does and that comes through in his generosity of spirit, lovely humor, and the care he takes making sure you're all sorted out for your day on this beautiful island. We really enjoyed starting our day with him and enjoying the impressive spread of sweet and savory foods served each day for breakfast. Really hope we'll be back some day."
