"La atención del señor mayor no fue la mejor debido a que no busco cumplir con los acuerdos de Booking en el check-out, menciono varias ocasiones que la salida era a las 11:00 am cuando en booking se marca 12:00. Eso fue un disgusto por qué fue hasta la habitación a tocar imprudente mente y pedir que desalojaramos."

"We loved everything 💜 The location is perfect, the cabañas are in the middle of nature so you can sit on the little terrace and be surrounded by trees and birds singing. At night you can see fireflies 😍 The breakfast was delicious, especially their coffee. It's organic and they grow it and make it right there on the ranch. We also met the owners and had a very interesting chat about the area and life in general. They are very warm and kind people! We hope we can come back, there is so much to do and see around Cuetzalan!"

"Very stylish and inspiring accommodation with lots of paintings and artwork in an old townhouse - a lovely garden with pool and and a shady terrace completes the setting. The house is one block from the central Bus Station and also quite close to the city center. Every day an exquisite breakfast is prepared by Jean Pierre which he serves together with hints and background stories on the Merida area. Also Gina is very friendly and helpful offering links and online information on various topics.
