Hotel Playa Encantada

"Suurepärane asukoht. Väga lähedal rannale, 5.avenüüle ja 3 suurele poele. Suur tuba, köök koos tarvikutega. Normaalse suurusega bassein. Ilus siseõu."

"Basseini redel oli katki, WC potiga probleemid."

"There was a fridge, the room was spacious, it was reasonable clean. Nice pool. Noisy outside. Convenient for the bus station."

"No water provided in the room. Only one towel per person, no hand towel provided. No water provided in the room. No bin in the bedroom."

"Hotel was clean and located close to everything. Fast internet and reasonably priced."

"Simple rooms and the ones facing the street are noisy. Pool is in the shade and the water can get very cold. No table or desk to work if you need to"

"Very helpful staff, awesome location close to ADO alterna bus station"

"Spacious, clean room. Relatively quiet. Large bathroom, lot of space to your toiletries and magnifying mirror. Shampoo was provided. Big shower with hot water. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Pool looked nice, did not try though. Excellent location next to ADO Alterna. Lovely cafe around the corner to have healthy breakfast. Wi-Fi was fast. Good a/c and fan. Fridge. Elevator."

"Pillows were really too thick and hard. Room did not smell nice. Old couch. No luggage rack. The view: windows overlooking a busy street."

"Excellent location across the road from ADO bus station where we caught a bus the next day. Very nice clean swimming pool where we cooled off after a long day travelling. Great that there's a lift so no need to carry bags up to the second floor where we stayed. Spacious room for the 3 of us with two large beds. Quiet location and aircon worked well so we would have slept well if son hadn't woken us at 2 a.m. Free morning coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Nearby supermarkets to buy supplies for bus trip."

"Bed bases are getting a little tatty (but comfortable) and sheets had stains."

"Good location right next to the bus station. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and AC was powerful. We just needed a place to crash between travel and this was perfect."

"Nothing - we were literally in the hotel for 9 hours, 8 of which we spent asleep. Good job!"

"The room was big The bed was comfortable Location great ADO bus station is across the street The room was cleaned every day 2 block from 5th Avenue Great food around"

"The staff was not nice or welcoming They replied hello only when u "interrupt" them...."

"This is a very convenient location, across the street from the ADO Alterna bus terminal and within easy walking distance to Soriana, Super Aki, and Walmart. It's also within easy walking distance to good restaurants, 5th Avenue, and the beach. They also have a nice-looking, private pool."

"The room was spacious and clean but the air conditioner was struggling to keep it cool and it required some general maintenance and upgrading."

"Great all the way around, very convenient for those who are taking the ADO bus, many shops and restaurants around. I'll go back."
