Our rooms were generously sized and impeccably clean, and we consistently encountered helpful and friendly staff everywhere within the resort. The food was a definite standout; we dined at Dos Lunas, Maki Taco, and Cocoa, and every meal was prepared with excellent culinary skill. The resort boasts a picturesque beachfront setting, complete with comfortable chairs and hammocks perfect for soaking up the sun. We particularly appreciated the pristine condition of the beach, which had minimal sargassum compared to other areas of Cancun"

"Very nice hotel but little bit old , mainly the rooms need updating. I really liked the food and that is something that almost never happens when I’m at all inclusive hotel. I’m a vegetarian and they had many options to choose from. I never ate so much at a hotel 😂."

"The pool was not clean on some days and there was some work done on the walls right next to the pool so all the dirt was flying to the pool. I understand there is no good time to do this kind of work but they could have make some arrangements to avoid all the dirt flying to the pool. I really didn’t like the long queue for check in. We waited like an hour or maybe longer . So many people and the check in process was very slow. I have never seen this anywhere. After a 10 hour flight and 40 minutes ride from the airport we had to wait for another hour just to check in and then we had to move to another queue and wait there just to receive our room keys . I didn’t see any logic in that . Also there were too many people and we never found a sun bed. Maybe you can find some if you wake up at 6. Also there is always queue for breakfast . We had to wait for at least 20min just to go in because they will find a table for your group depending on how many people are together. So if you are first in the line but there is no table for 3 right now ,but there is a table for 4 ready- they will let other people go in. Queues by the bar all day. So I recommend to buy more drinks or drink the one you just bought waiting in a queue for another one. You will wait minimum 20-30min"

"Clean rooms and walkway, very helpful staff and facilities were up to date. We needed a late checkout and it was accomodated and we were still allowed access to the facilities."

"-Variety in restaurants and bars. Restaurants were open long hours so you were able to eat early/late. -Staff at the restaurants and bars were super polite and friendly. -room was spacious and better than expected from photos."

"-It would have been nice the beach to be cleaned from sea weed once a day maybe. -Cocktail quality was horrible. They all taste the same, the alcohol was watered. Cheap cocktail syrups was all you could taste. -Loud music started at pool area at 7am and was waking you up. -we needed a glue as a piece of our luggage was broken and nobody wanted to help at the reception.A massive hotel like that does not have glue to let us use for a second?"

"The beach is very good. All the bars are amazing. The restaurants are very good. All service people are very friendly. The bedroom is big, clean. Hotel introduction by the apps online or electronic screen in the main hall is very clear and convenient."

"Air conditioning is not very satisfied. Front desk at middle night is not very nice when I need help, especially I cannot speak Spanish. The king size beds on the beach are very bad idea. The beds destroy the natural beauty of the beach. My shower room has slope and very slippery. The air conditioning in my bedroom cannot be effectively adjusted, especially when heating is needed. WIFI in the hotel does not cover enough, especially at end of building. Check in and check out time is too long. Especially check out time is no acceptable. The hotel should introduce its daily programs, activity locations by a booklet. That will be friendly to all kinds of people."

"I managed to get a Genius promotion/discount, so the price ended up being excellent considering it is an all inclusive, and many hotels that didn't even offer breakfast were more expensive than this. Not sure I would have the same opinion had I paid full price. If you are planning to stay in the hotel and do nothing else, you should consider other options, if it is just a place where you eat, sleep and rest after adventuring, then I definitely recommend it. Wifi was good. Staff were helpfull."

"Standard is Mocktail, you've gotta ask for alcohol if you want it, There is no real fruit in the Cocktail/Mocktail, only industrialized syrups The rooms need an up do and so do the pillows, they stink No Frigobar No water in the rooms Not enough shampoo replenishing, specially if you are a family There are queues to reserve restaurants or, depending on the time, for the buffet as well. Restaurant times are weird, and they are closed between 4 and 6, so no much food around when you get back hungry from a day out, If you want to enjoy the Caribbean sea, this is by far NOT the most beautiful beach, They may have enough staff over the weekend, but from Tuesday rooms get cleaned up after 5pm Swimming pool was closed all day because of chlorine excess (??) Gym needs aircon"

"Great value all inclusive included video games, kayaking, coffee shop, plus a range of a la carte and buffet restaurants good range of different foods and generally really good quality especially the a la carte restaurants when open the restaurant and bar staff worked really hard"

"at the end of our stay they started to demolish several elements including the kids water slides and the bar. there was no apologies or signs of explanation to say what they were doing and why. the lady on reception didn’t really understand when I asked the reception staff weren’t very welcoming the kids club staff were a bit ‘flat’ Room was pretty small although we did have a big balcony the net curtain in our room was covered in stains due to various construction works, two of the a la carte restaurants were. closed on our last night which was disappointing"
