WhiteHaven paikneb Ibadanis. Külalistemaja paiknev IITA metsakaitsealast 15 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla. Külalistemajal on privaatne sissepääs, mis võimaldab külalistel säilitada privaatsust. Majutusruumides on plaaditud põrandad, lameekraaniga televiisor koos voogedusteenusega, privaatne vanniga vannituba ning köök, kus on mikrolaineahi ja kõik muu vajalik.
