Wijnstaete positsioneeritud Lemelerveldi maapiirkonnas veinitehases ning pakub avaraid tasuta WiFi-ühendusega majutusruume. Kiirtee N348 on vaid 2-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Igas aiavaatega majutusruumis on istumisnurk koos satelliittelevisiooniga. Privaatses vannitoas on vann ja/või dušš ning tualett. Majutusasutusel Wijnstaete on aed ja terrass. Lisaks on kohapeal ühine puhkeruum, laste mänguväljak ja müügiautomaat. Kohapeal ja ümbruskonnas saab vaba aega sisustada mitmesuguste tegevustega, näiteks rattasõidu, matkamise ja lauatennisega. Lemelerbergi mäestik on majutusasutusest Wijnstaete op den Pas 3 km kaugusel. Vechti jõgi jääb 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. Zwolle on 25-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel, Deventer on 30-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.

"De gastvrije eigenaren. Onze dochter mocht komen met haar man en kinderen om bij hun lange tafel in de gezamenlijke ruimte te komen eten. Eten wat we vantevoren bij de Chinees opgehaald hadden. De kinderen konden lekker spelen, de overige gasten waren er (nog) niet."
