"The accommodation is a two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment in a residential & commercial building on the 4th floor. The apartment has been partially renovated. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful. It is located between the centre of Nizwa and the new commercial area of the town, ideal for exploring Nizwa and surroundings. The bedrooms have new furnishings but the mattresses are Omani style hard, so we slept on the blankets to soften them. At the time of our stay there were no table and chairs in the apartment and we ate seating on the floor in the living room, using the low coffee table. We parked our car in front of the building but there is also a very large parking space at the back of the building."

"The hotel has a very central location, right next to the historic souq of Nizwa. You can park your car at the souq and easily walk through the old town all the way to the Nizwa Fort, browsing through winding cobbled streets along the way. The hotel’s décor makes you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time, with its wooden window shutters, traditional doors, and the overall atmosphere of the quaint historic building. There is a large terrace with a magnificent view of the old town and the surrounding mountains - a must visit at the top floor! The staff were incredibly caring, hospitable, and attentive, always going out of their way to help with luggage and accommodate any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it."

"Perfect accomodation in the heart of Bahla with the most helpful and kind host we have met in Oman. Suliman helped us when we struggled with unexpected problem with our car rental, prepared a detailed plan of our sightseeing, reccomended us great restaurants and was very protective even after we left. We were blessed by his help and kindness."
