"Super friendly staff (so welcoming and helpful), good location near to everything, quiet and safe area, good sized rooms. They let us leave our bags there for our 4 day tour. It’s nice breakfast is included."

"The showers were a bit inconsistent with temperature. It was either boiling or cold (at least there was hot water). The breakfast was only alright."

"The staff at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. They kept our bags safe for us while we went on the 4 day Inca tour and made us packed breakfasts whenever we needed them (if a tour started at 5am etc). The rooms were comfortable and we had hot water. Sometimes the hot water was a bit temperamental. The breakfast was okay - cereal, yogurt, eggs, bread, jam, cheese and some cold meats. The location was great - tucked away so it wasn’t noisy but close enough to everything. Would recommend :) we stayed here before and after the Inca tour! They also have cocoa tea and water available all the time and lots of blankets are in the room to keep warm at night."

"We had a good experience with Askha Cusco hotel. They were very nice and kept our bags safe during the 5 days Salkantay trek. 😊 The location is good also everything close Quiet Nice ladies, available on WhatsApp if you have any issue. Hot water (feel free to ask them in WhatsApp if it’s not working they fix it in a minute)"

"If you don’t like too much light in the morning I suggest you ask for a room not in the last floor, because the roof is like a transparent window so it’s very very bright at 5AM. But the other rooms are fine ! 👍"

"Great stay! The staff were very accommodating - we arrived later to breakfast when food was running low, but they kindly went out of their way to make more for us. The beds were comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. It was a bit cold in the room (3rd floor) but the heater (15 Soles extra per night) helped a lot. In the other room that we got during our second stay (2nd floor) we didn't need a heater. Hot shower and enough space to spread/hang your things. Location super close to the city centre!"

"The property is located on a street close to the main square in an interior courtyard. Due to this reason, it is somewhat isolated from the street noise. Many restaurants can be found on the streets around. The room was comfortable, clean, and it had all the necessary facilities. I was also provided with a tea selection and a hot water thermos in the room everyday. The breakfast was great with many different options. On the last day they prepared a breakfast bag for me, since I was leaving very early. They also arranged for a car to take me to the airport at a very early hour."

"The bathroom was quite small and the sink tap only provided cold water. However the shower had warm water at all times. Although the premises of the property were quiet, the interior walls were somewhat thin and I could hear the conversations from the neighbouring room at times."

"Staff were very kind and helpful with all our requests - they even surprised us with delivering hot tea to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Location was ace - near the main plaza but quiet enough that you didn’t hear traffic noise."

"The hot water in the showers were hit and miss - probably due to the building being old (we just had to be very patient with it). Another thing to be mindful is there are only stairs and no lift."
