The staff are very friendly and helpful, I even could borrow a hair dryer and used the vacuum cleaner to take air out of my luggage. I cannot be more happy with my experience at Atlantis, I loved it and 100% sure I will repeat and book Atlantis again when I go back to Krakòw."
