"We stayed in the new wing, very comfortable and quiet and right in the centre of the old town. We organised for some family to join us for breakfast and the hotel were very accommodating in this as we had to kill 3 hours"

"On arrival there was an issue with the lighting in our room it kept shorting the electrics out after several attempts to repair the issue with no luck we asked to be moved but there were no other rooms available so the following day they attempted to repair the fault, but no luck so they had to disconnect the faulty appliance"

"We were in the hotel bar on the evening and a fight broke out which wasn’t good, the host apologised for the fracas clearly embarrassed"

"A great location right in the heart of the old town. Really friendly staff who were very helpful. Lovely large rooms with powerful shower - we stayed in the newer part of the hotel."

"The rooms are dark. There isn't enough lighting, and it takes a while to work out which switch controls what! Kettle is provided in the room but only one cheap coffee sachet despite two people staying."

"We booked a table in the restaurant for 7pm Sunday evening and no-one told us they closed at 8pm so we couldn't complete our meal with desserts. This was particularly annoying as we were treating our daughter in laws family to the meal as we said goodbye to them."

"The location was exceptional, right in the middle of town. Check-in with Dominique went smoothly and our room was in the new block which was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and Selina, our waitress, was delightful."

"Located n an excellent spot right on the edge of the old town making it very easy to walk and explore Torun. Was very easy to find we paid to park there which was an extra 95 PLT but was very convenient."

"Staff were not so helpful on recommending restaurants and kept pushing the hotels. We chose one of our own accord right next door and the food was fantastic and is highly recommended."
