Residents Bończa on palee stiilis hoone, mida sageli kutsuvad külalised "Szczecini majutusasutus vee ääres" Płonia jõe voolavuse tõttu. Hoones on roosinuba, mille klaaspõrand on valgustatud sinisega ja mille alt saate näha Płonia jõge. Kolmetärnihotell peitub Szczecini Dąbie linnaosas Dąbie järve kahe sammu kaugusel, Szczecini kesklinnast 10 km ja Szczecini lennujaamast 20 km kaugusel. Mugavates tubades on kirjutuslaud, televiisor, tervituskomplekt koos kohvi ja teega, pudel vett, triikimisvõimalus, külmkapp, seif ja konditsioneer. Igas toas on vannituba, kus on rätikud, kosmeetikatooted ja föön. Külalised saavad peatuda ka rõduga apartemendis. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. "My room was big with a comfortable bed. On both night I had a very good sleep. The bathroom was bright, clean and very specious with clean towels on arrival. Staff spoke English which was very helpful."
"I was expecting the room to be made up the following morning but this happen. Towels could have been replaced but as I was traveling alone, this made very little difference overall."
