"Interior facilities: sauna, swimming pool, salt chamber, delicious breakfast."
"Restaurant open to.7pm Water in pool.too warm"
"Very cosy hotel in beautiful area above downtown, quiet surroundings (impossible in downtown Szczawnica). Small but comfortable rooms, decent buffet breakfast. No problems with parking. Nice surprise - big swimming pool (15m long, although, as in many hotels, partly too shallow to swim). Very nice and friendly staff, helpful (with one exception, see below). We got some valuable advice about tourist attractions. Highly recommended."
"General: early closing hour of the restaurant in the evening (that's the main disadvantage of Szczawnica as a whole; after 8 am the only working restaurants are, to my knowledge, in the centre of town. Particular: I had some problems with soap dispenser and asked for help. Next morning the dispenser disappeared and for my last two days was not reinstalled despite my request. But that not cross out my positive opinion."
"Dobre śniadanie, dostęp do basenu i sauny. Bardzo miła obsługa."

"Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Było czysto, ciepło i naprawdę komfortowo – idealne warunki do odpoczynku. Jedzenie smaczne i świeże, a personel niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy. Ogromnym atutem jest także świetna lokalizacja – z dala od miejskiego zgiełku, co pozwala naprawdę się wyciszyć i zrelaksować. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wrócę."
