Hiljuti renoveeritud neljatärnikülalistemaja positsioneeritud Funchali elavas linnaosas. Öömajais Windsor on moodsad avarad toad. Katusel on baar, solaarium ja välivälibassein, kust avaneb silmapiir kesklinnale. Aadressi Windsor elamispinnad on sisustatud neutraalsetes toonides ja puitmööbliga. Igas toas on kaabeltelevisioon, külmkapp ja seif. Majutusasutusi hommikusöögisaalis serveeritakse madiria roogasid ning katusebaaris saab nautida värskendavaid jooke vee-lõõgastusalai ääres. Residentsi ümbruses on palju baare ja kulinaarne universume. Funchali katedraal, traditsiooniline turg ja Oldti linn on kõik 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Santa Clara klooster ja Monte Palace'i troopiline aed on vaid 200 meetri kaugusel, nagu ka Atlandi ookean. Madeira lennujaam on 20 km kaugusel ja kohapeal on privaatne parkla.

"It was very centrally located, a short walk to the cathedral, cable car and boat trips. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with local foods- homemade bread and local items plus a cooked breakfast, cereals, fruits of all kinds and Scandinavian style cheese and cold meat."
"The only slight issue was that yhe room was a bit old fashioned. I'd have liked tea and coffee making facilities and it was 1 euro per day to use the safe deposit in your room. Shower was old fashioned but plenty of hot water."
