SeteQuintas loodud Zambujeira do Maris, 22 km kaugusel Sardao neemest ja 24 km kaugusel Aljezuri lossist. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Selles hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutuses on võimalik privaatselt parkida. Külalised saavad kasutada päikeseterrassi või välibasseini või nautida vaateid merele ja basseinile. Kõikides talumajutuse majutusruumides on veekeetja. Majutusruumides on kohvimasin ning mõnes toas on ka köök, kus on nõudepesumasin, praeahi ja kõik muu vajalik. Talumajutuse majutusruumides on voodipesu ja rätikud. Talumajutuse külalised saavad läheduses matkata või aias aega veeta. Sao Clemente kindlus on majutusasutusest SeteQuintas 40 km kaugusel ning Edela-Alentejo ja Vicentine Coast'i looduspark on 46 km kaugusel.
