En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

In my opinion the beds where just to hard which gave me severe back pains, the apartments could do with some air-conditioning for the hot nights as that also makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. The TV in the unit could be updated to a smart tv for better quality picture and sound, also giving us access to using our own Netflix or movie app accounts to enjoy our favourite shows or movies whilst on holiday.

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"리노베이션 한 곳에 숙박했는데 방2 화1,화+욕실1 4인기준 방이였는데 생각보다 ... 씻는곳이 한군데라 불편했어요 .. 다음에는 욕실 2개 짜리로 이용해야겠어요"

"Everything was excellent.the food was very delicious everyday has every menu (that’s what we like it very much).The staff also especially in the reception was very nice and approachable.on our first day it was a little bit confusing to go in our room but there is a man a very nice man who came with us to show our room and how to get in there.Our stay was definitely perfect we came there to have a relaxation,forget the tiredness in work and also to enjoy the kids and it was really really worth it. The Resort is very isolated, and expensive to go anywhere. You are actually quite captive. Off season is not the time to go here. There are very few options for activities outside the resort. Apart from an island tour which is well worth doing, you are really confined to barracks, book reading (no TVs) and waiting for sunset drinks. Yes, there is some good snorkelling, swimming and kayaking, but that's it. No TV's or DVD library, no games as such. So, it's an awfully long way to go, and very expensive for just this. Unless of course that's what you're looking for.
