In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. "From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.
