See hiljuti renoveeritud apartement paiknev 800 meetri kaugusel Piata Mare Sibiust ja vähem kui 1 km kaugusel trepist. Majutusasutuses on privaatne sisse- ja väljaregistreerimine ning jalgrattaparkla. Apartemendis on 1 magamistuba, 1 vannituba, voodipesu, rätikud, lameekraaniga televiisor, kaabeltelevisioon, einestamisnurk ja köök koos kõige vajalikuga. Apartemendil on linnavaatega terrass. Apartemendi juurde viib privaatne sissepääs, kus külalised saavad nautida šokolaadi või küpsiseid. See helikindel apartement on mõeldud mittesuitsetajatele. Külalised saavad lõõgastuda aias. "The location of the appartment is very close to the center with easy way to find it. The availability of the parking is a big advantage as it is not easy to park the car in the city. The host is very kind."

"Beautifully furnished, very recently renovated, to a high standard, located 5 min walk from historical centre, and 5 min walk from Tampa. Private parking in the courtyard, and the secluded courtyard covered with vine."

"Fabulous apartment! Extremely spacious, cozy, and so convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer than just two nights, it’s the perfect place for a whole week. The location is great, just a short walk from the city center, and the lovely inner courtyard really feels like home."

"Spotless clean. Size was perfect for family of 3 people. You get check in details the day of arrival. The garden is perfect to park safely the car. We walked everywhere, as close to old town. Honestly, the flat looks better in reality than in the pics. We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend to my friends."

"The 2-room flat is located just across the University Lucian Blaga building, in the proximity of the main attractions of Sibiu city center (5-7 min walk to Piata Mare, Bruckenthal Museum, restaurants and little shops). The kitchen is nicely decorated and well-equipped for longer stays (plates, cups, cutlery, cooking pots, microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine). The rooms are large, each including a large TV, allowing the guests to watch different programs. Overall, the flat is modern, quiet, spotlessly clean, and provides everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay (including coffee, snacks, water, iron, toiletries and slippers :). A beautiful gem in the city center, we definitely recommend visiting it."

"Everything about Ely's Place was just PERFECT !. The space , with the large kitchen area with table and chairs, to the living area with big comfy sofa and desk and cable telivision, to the huge bedroom with an enormous comfortable bed .Very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment makes every guest feel very welcome . Living in a compound was a bonus, as we were living with beautiful veggie gardens and grape vines and so close to everything that is of interest in Sibiu ...all within walking distance . It was also very quiet and our host was very friendly and accommodating , what more could you want ...just wonderful ! It all made for a wonderful 2 week stay ,and we will be back tp stay at Ely's if we come back to Sibiu ....which is a beautiful city ."
