"I dont know why people dont like this property. I find the place really good as its close to Metro, around 200M which is really a plus when you are staying in Riyadh due to heavy traffic. They have a very good recep with lots of comfy sofas to welcome your guests. I think the place is value for money in terms of its location & the rooms are big & spacious compared to other property with smaller cuts of studios."

"The location was brilliant, very close to the Haram literally a few minutes walk to get into the masjid. The staff were all amazing, but i must mention in particular 2 members of your staff. MD Hossain our room attendant was extremely polite and helpful. He was always on hand to help us with any requests and also ensuring our room was maintained to excellent cleanliness and replenished at all times. A huge thank you to him. Also the Bell Man Mohammed Zahir was extremely helpful when we were moving room and also checking out of the hotel. He made the process extremely easy and even helped direct our driver to the best possible location for our pick up point. He made great effort and tirelessly helped move our luggage around. The staff overall were polite and welcoming but these two staff in particular deserve praise and recognition."
