Majutusasutus asetseb Yanbu kesklinnas. Kuninglik terminal on 10-minutilise autosõidu ja Corniche 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Al-Sports Club on 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kalaturg on 8-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Vaiksetes ja soojades toonides toas on luksuslik ja soe mööbel ning uue põlvkonna siseatmosfäär.
