See pereettevõttena tegutsev hommikusöögiga majutusasutus paikneb Örgryte elamurajoonis rahulikus asukohas. Rootsi messi- ja konverentsikeskus ning Lisebergi lõbustuspark jäävad vähem kui 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusele. Nii avalik parkimisala kui ka WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. 5:Majutusasutuse ans Bed & Breakfast moodsad ja individuaalselt sisustatud sviidid on valgusküllased ja õhurikkad. "The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was of high quality. The location is superb if you want to visit Liseberg. 24 hours of free parking along the street in front of the B&B."

"The property is something between an hotel, Ann hostel and a motel, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Our room was pretty basic and functional with a really small kitchen and a bathroom without shower (showers were in a separate, common bathroom). Communication with the staff was good and everything worked out as expected. The environment was clean and there was also a common area with the TV, coffee machine, tables and a sofa where we could relax and have our meals. We could even use washing machines and driers. We could park our car for free just outside the property."
