See hommikusöögiga majutusasutus positsioneeritud Simrishamni rannikulinnas, Stortorgeti peaväljakust 500 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on ühisköök ja suur möbleeritud aiaterrass. "Nice place! We took the room with private bathroom but shared showers (never used however, but it looked good!) Breakfast was excellent. 5-10 minute walk to city center. Parking just outside I’m very happy with the stay and think it is a lot value for the money. Would definitely come back again!"

"Generally, I've booked the ensuute rooms. This time, I opted to try the shared toilet and shower. The good news is that the shared toilet and shower is for only two rooms each on the upper floor, so one might share with only two others at most. Moreover, the hand towel hooks are marked by room number too. I was slightly disappointed by the small shower room, but it was a good shower and clean. The hotel_style rooms with private bathrooms are very nice."

"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."
