"My stay at Brunnby Hotel was a pleasure. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. There was a fridge in the room. The breakfast was good. It was a classical hotel breakfast, but watermelon, melon and pineapple slices (in winter) surprised me indeed. And there was a free access to the coffee machine during the day. All the staff was very friendly. A special thank you to Mister Mirek who was very nice and gave much useful advice in Polish, e.g. concerning transport. As for the public transport, the closest train stop is in approx. 12 min walk. There's a bus stop closer, but I never used it."

From reception to the hostess at the breakfast buffet. The room was small, but the amenities provided and attention to detail rivals high-end chain hotels. The front desk staff was meticulously groomed, housekeeping was polite and efficient, the property was kept up at an incredible standard with staff not looking stressed or pushed my management. The key in hospitality is to make it all look genuine and not forced. The staff at Elite Savoy truly expressed their high standards of service were true and not just part of their training. Whenever I'm visiting Malmö, I'll make sure to book my stay at this property. I'm absolutely mindblown with the service provided"

"Hotel is excellent, in a phenomenal location, close to the railway station and all important landmarks in the very center of Malmö. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable — the bedding, bed, everything is fantastic. The breakfast is good, and the room also includes complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, kettle, coffee, and tea. We were truly very satisfied. The hotel also has a nice, lively bar. The receptionist was very kind, and we were additionally provided with an extra heater. The hotel is older, but the rooms are renovated and everything is impeccable. All recommendations for this hotel."

Väga sõbralik teenindus fuajees, anti soovitusi restorenide kohta, kuhu õhtul sööma minna. Käisime 2 soovitatud kohas ja mõlemad olid imelised. Lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Gröna Lundist. Toad on puhtad !"

"Tore hotell rahulikus piirkonnas kesklinna ja raudteejaama lähedal, samas metroopeatus asub kohe hotelli all. Hommikusöök on suurepärase valikuga, sööjaid on ka palju, aga kõik mahuvad siiski kenasti ära ja hommikusöögi ajavahemik on pikk. Ka pakiruumi saime kenasti oma kohvrid hoiule jätta."
