"The hotel has charm, and also the facilities. A bit outdated but looks like part of the style...which I liked. Kids allowed at the outdoor heated pool and also bathrobes for kids."

"We booked two rooms with booking and then we called the hotel to make sure we have communicating rooms as our kids are too small to be alone in the room. We were told sure no problem so we kept the booking but on arrival we were told not possible. That was really not cool, the lady at the reception tried to compensate with some freebies but that doesn't make up for it.. Sleeping separately, bags between rooms etc.... The showers have plastic curtains - really not great because they stick on you when you shower, or you don't pull them and then there is water everywhere."

"The bed was so comfortable!!! We had a sea view room with a nice balcony. The indoor and outdoor spas were great. The food for lunch in the spa area was very tasty! Definitely recommend"

"The restaurants sucks. The Grill restaurant, couldn’t cook anything. My boiled artichoke was cooked enough and two tables had the same experience. The comment the other table said “I should have known, if you couldn’t cook an artichoke, You definitely couldn’t cook a chicken. Personally my husband and my protein dishes was bad. Then we went the next night to the other restaurant and it was also horrible. I would go again, but not eat in their restaurants. They offer a free dinner when we come again. Another thought. Their wine list is not up to date. We ordered a bottle wine and after 10 mins they said it was out. We ordered our second choice and after 7 mins they came back and said it was out. Then our third choice after we waited nearly 45 mins since arriving, they had that one. But it was too late for a whole bottle of wine."

"Dinner at the resturants are overpriced, compared to what it was. The overall cleaning where low - the resturant (Sandys grill) where full of small flies at the tables. The glasses where dirty. The napkin where dirty. The staff where not really good at being aware of their guest and there needs. I got a bottle of wather as seated, but only a glass to poor it into, after 15 min, and first when I asked for it, my self. The same story with a napkin, which I only recieved after asking for it - unfortunate it where not 100% clean, as the waterglass either where :-("

"The facilities was among the best ever experienced. Amazing Spa facilities and location close to the beach was amazing. Also enjoyed good drinks and food in the restaurants. Food was good, staff very nice and facilities great. Will come back in the future."

"Two beds put together as a double bed was not good for a couple on a romantic getaway. It made it impossible to sleep close and I think a romantic place like this should have real double beds. Would also wish for a later check out than 10 which is a bit earlier than most hotels."
