See hommikusöögiga majutusasutus on Lundaslätteni põldudele avanevate panoraamtega ning Lundi kesklinnast 6 km kaugusel. Moodsates tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor ja põrandaküttega vannituba. WiFi-ühendus ja autoparkla on tasuta. Kõikides tubades on puitpõrandad, töölaud ja istumisnurk. Hobykrok B&B pakub iga päev hommikune suupistei Rootsi lauas ning külalised saavad köögis valmistada õhtuseid võileibu. Lunds Akademiska golfiklubi on 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Spordikeskus Skryllegården on 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.

"Great location, in the outskirts of Lund (ten minuted by car from the city centre) but in fact you feel as being in the middle of the countryside with wildlife around. We used the car but it is also possible to go by tram from the centre of Lund and walk ca. 30 minutes through the fields - very nice option. Fantastic staff, very helpful. Due to car breakdown we had to extend our stay and they did everything to help us. Nice cleans rooms, kitchen you could use in the evenings to have some tea or coffee."

"Marstrand out of season is dead. We arrived around 4 and by the time we had checked in and settled in our rooms there were no restaurants left open on the island and we had to go back to the mainland to find something to eat in the supermarket. The caretaker at the hotel kindly said we could use the breakfast room to have "dinner". Overall he was very helpfull."
