See võõrastemaja asetseb Kiiruna pearaudteejaamast 3 km ja Kiiruna kirikust 2 km kaugusel. Butiikhotellis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja suur saun. Võõrastemajai E-10 lihtsalt sisustatud tubades on kaabeltelevisioon, töölaud ja privaatne dušiga vannituba. Hommikueinei serveeritakse iga päev majutusi söögisaalis. Öömajais E-10 on võimalik broneerida lõõgastumisala. Meeskond soovitab hea meelega ekskursioone ja tegevusi piirkonnas, näiteks suusatamist ja mootorsaaniga sõitmist.
