See pereettevõttena tegutsev peatumiskoht pärineb 1881. aastast ning paiknev Västerviki kesklinnas, otse Västerviki raudteejaama kõrval. "Our room with a loft was difficult to ventilate properly given that there was only one window on one side of the loft. On warm summer nights, of which there are not so many in Sweden, the loft can be quite warm and stuffy. There was however a fan provided that might help to cool and ventilate the loft."

"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."
