See pereettevõttena tegutsev aadress pärineb 1881. aastast ning kinnitunud Västerviki kesklinnas, otse Västerviki raudteejaama kõrval. Butiikhotellis on individuaalselt sisustatud majutusruumid, kus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. WiFi-ühendus ja kaabeltelevisioon. "Our room with a loft was difficult to ventilate properly given that there was only one window on one side of the loft. On warm summer nights, of which there are not so many in Sweden, the loft can be quite warm and stuffy. There was however a fan provided that might help to cool and ventilate the loft."
