See majutus asetseb Borlänge jaamast ja geoloogilisest muuseumist vähem kui 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Külalistele pakutakse tasuta jalgrattaid. WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta vaba aja veetmise võimalused. Külalistemajai Scandic Borlänge värsketes ja värvikates tubades on puitpõrandad, tugitoolid ja televiisor, kust saab tasulisi filme vaadata. "it is a family room with bunk bed, the room size is little bit small, we expect bigger space that kids can play in room. in general the hotel is good, just one point can't understand that there is no hotel parking, we have to park in a public place in front of hotel free 18:00-08:00, which is not logical , in the morning we have to pay for parking."

"The room was fresh and spacious. The possibility to use sauna and pool made our stay fantastic as we just came from the nearby ski-slopes of Romme Alpin. The hotel is downtown so if you want to test restaurants or pubs you just have to take 2 minutes walk."

"Clean and stylish with nice rooms and a good buffet breakfast. The facilities were good with a small gym and a pool (a little on the cold side and very deep for kids) and shared sauna in each changing room. Staff were very friendly and polite and it’d was a good location for skiing in Romme Alpin."

"We had some challenges- teenagers not waking up when we were at restaurant in city centre- the staff helped us and we could have family dinner together. Then I left my glasses at breakfast buffet. They arranged with delivery to Romme Alpin. Excellent service and I’m very grateful 💯🙏"
